1" with back paper by Steiner. This event was held Oct. 15-Nov. 11, 1919. The title surrounds image of eagle and flag with small text below "Womans Chamber Of Commerce/Americanization Week." All over pinpoints of air under the celluloid but barely showing without magnification. Essentially Mint as made and one seen.
