3.5" with metal back and bar pin. Curl has name of Los Angeles maker Western Badge. Front shows numerous but light scattered gray marks on the orange background. Still full gloss. Text reads "California Pacific International Exposition/Department Of Water & Power." Center text reads "San Diego/August 17, 1935/Water And Power/City Of Los Angeles." One known.
