2-1/8" with maker name W&H on the curl. Front has gorgeous depiction of woman in Arab garb plus winged helmet beneath text "Chillicothe Fair Souvenir, Chillicothe, Ohio." Reverse has large illustration of an elk, apparently to symbolize the fraternal group. Top has small slot for a ribbon suspension or strap. Rare and Exc. Displays Mint.
