This is a rare card and most examples have significant edge damage due to the die-cut shape. This example has just a tiny flake of color off the extreme far right lower corner. The card is in beautiful NM condition. Outcault moved from Pulitzer's The World newspaper to Hearst's New York Journal with cartoons beginning October 18, 1896. This card would have been issued in the Fall of 1896.
