This large piece is 2.75" tall. It is from the 1950s. No maker name or Disney copyright. Done in very high relief is Donald with his body area in NM brass luster, his outfit is in enamel paint and with a rhinestone on his eye and across his waist area there are eleven. One small paint chip off the side edge of his lower arm at the left but rest is NM and the piece displays NM as the tiny chip is barely seen from the front. Only example we've seen. Rare.
