Item Description
First is 2.25" pocket mirror. Dots of silvering off the glass but over 90% remains. Made by Parisian. Light surface wear including somewhat deeper 1/16" scratch. Still displays clean and Exc. Among the buttons one is a 15/16" litho picturing "Harold Teen." This is #40 from a set of 50. All other buttons are 1.25" and all but the first are by Parisian. The first is an extremely early W&H button reading "'Some Swell Sweater' Orphan Annie." This button is one of her first two from 1928. Next we have Orphan Annie, Skeezix and Ella Cinders promoting "Red Cross Macaroni." Annie has one long and two shorter vertical center scratches that catch reflected light but all four of these are otherwise NM displaying Mint. In the bottom row is Skeezix Sweaters, a rare Skeezix Shoes, Smitty endorsing the Rossett Cap, and then "The Original 'Harold Teen' Cap." All four of these are Exc. to NM and they display Mint. A nice group of scarce endorsement buttons.
