3-5/8x5.5" card has a clear plastic cover over a maze design with a larger center compartment holding circular candy pellets along with those that have a pie-cut notch to represent Pac-Man. Idea is to move each piece of candy through the maze and then to have it exit the maze along the bottom edge where a small piece of cardboard reads "Fold Back" next to an arrow design inscribed "Game Over!" Candy pellets have taken on tiny dark spots due to age but otherwise the card has just slight wear with a couple light creases on the top title panel.
