This all brass ring has narrow adjustable bands with a rather large and deep top compartment. There is a hinge along the top edge and a small latch at the front bottom. Center of the piece has thick sheet of transparent yellow celluloid. Lid lifts up and interior has narrow edges and corner tabs to hold a photo. Photo shows a young woman although we do not recognize her as any particular known personality. First example of this ring we have seen. Probably c.1940 and Exc. displaying Mint.
