Next is a lightly tanned 5.25" piece of paper with one side dated for August 20, 1947. Text reads "Dear Friend: Here Are Your Wings And The Names Of The Winners Of My 'Name Hop Harrigan's Plane' Contest. I Am Sorry You Had To Wait So Long, But There Were So Many Thousands Of Excellent Names That The Judges Had A Very Difficult Time Choosing The Winners. Thanks A Million, All Your Entries Were Good Ones-Hop Harrigan." Opposite side lists the "First Grand Prize" winner from Chicago along with small groups of names and addresses of those who won second, third and fourth grand prizes. Couple pinpoint indents on the paper from being enclosed with the following. Last is a 3.25" card picturing a container of "Cocoa Marsh" along with a message with Hop about his contest and with text "Here Are Your Official United Air Lines Wings. Wear Them Proudly." Text includes "Your Excellent Suggestion Has Won A Prize..." Through a slot on the card is mounted a pair of silver luster 2-1/8" long metal wings with raised text in metal "Future Pilot" below a foil sticker or decal reading "United Air Lines." NM as issued.
