Fairly heavy silver luster metal ring has expansion bands. To the top is welded a 7/8" dia. circular disk with two circular designs interspersed with tiny letters towards the center and larger letters on the outer ring. At the very center is a blue and white enamel segment with the name of the magazine "Oui" in silver luster accented by a white lightning bolt. A few tiny dots of luster off the bands with ring top displaying Mint. Rare.
