Item Description
Lot of three. First is 3.5x8.5" trifold with explanation of savings plan and illustrations of Thrift Kit and figural hoppy bank. Fold is uneven with light handling creases. Next is 5x6.75" postcard/Christmas card with Hoppy decorating Christmas tree. Seven Christmas balls appear on tree with seven different designs of the savings club buttons. Second we've seen. Third is 3.25x5.5" fold-over dime card. Unfolds to 5.5x13". First we've seen with center devoted to placement of 20 dimes. Folder also has illustration of figural dime bank and thrift kit packet. Also illustrated are the 7 "Honor" badges. First we've seen of this dime saving folder. c. 1950s. Exc.
