Item Description
Large 22x22" frame w/plexiglass cover. Issued for sales of Aerosmith's 12th studio album which was released March 18, 1997. The album was produced by Aerosmith and Kevin Shirley, and was the band's first studio album released by Columbia Records since 1982's "Rock In A Hard Place." It reached #1 on the Billboard Charts. One of the album's singles - "Pink" - won a Grammy for Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal. Elaborate and very attractive design incorporates five CD copies of the album arranged in a star shape w/small replicas of both album covers above etched metal plaque that reads "Presented To John Scher To Commemorate Multi-Platinum World-Wide Sales Of Over 500,000 Copies Of Aerosmith's Nine Lives With Many Thanks For The Part You Played." Plexiglas cover has back-painted album title and Aerosmith name/logo. Trace of edge wear but o/w NM. Wonderful presentation piece and ready for display. From the collection of John Scher, legendary concert promoter, producer and manager and comes with COA signed by him.
