Item Description
Original 14x22" thin cardboard poster for Sept. 8, 1961 Spook Show that took place at the Highway 55 Drive-In Theatre in Shelbyville, KY. Poster is wonderfully illustrated, featuring large skull-faced ghoul holding "Kirma's Ghost Party" sign as well as ghost and ape-like monsters among cars at bottom. Promotional text includes "So Shocking Some Will Faint!, See...Monsters At Your Cars" and "Hear The Voice Of The Dead!" Kirma was billed as a mentalist who could use ESP to contact the dead. Poster is lightly and evenly aged w/some minor corner tip wear but Exc. overall. Great Spook Show poster.
