Item Description
2.75x4-1/8" single-sided card for the 1948 Columbia serial that starred Kirk Alyn as Superman. Issued for "Tower Theatre" and left margin has full figure bw image of Superman. Right margin has small squares numbered 1-7, 9-15 representing the number of chapters for the serial. Card notes "See The First 7 Chapters Of 'Superman' And Have This Card Punched Every Week. Chapter 8 Will Be Free. See The Next 6 Chapters Having This Card Punched Every Week And See The Last Chapter Absolutely Free." Card is unpunched but has been folded into quarters and shows obvious wear, overall scattered lt. creases and dust soiling. Just Good, but rare.
