13x15x7/8" deep open cardboard display box contains 8.5x11" 24-page Vol. #1 stamp album by Celebrity Stamps, Inc. ©1976 National Periodical Publications, Inc. Comes w/six 4.25x11" "Superhero Stamps" packets, each containing 11 stamps including one "Gold Mint Commemorative" stamp for a total of 66 stamps in the set. Stamp album has pages set aside for Superman, Batman, Shazam/Captain Marvel, Wonder Woman, Flash, Justice League of America and DC Super Villains. Each has a spot set aside for "Gold Mint Commemorative" stamp. Box shows obvious wear w/.5" tear at bottom right and heavy creasing. Good/VG. Album remains sealed as issued in original plastic wrap and shows only scattered handling wear. VF/Exc. Stamps are unused and also remain sealed as issued. NM. Complete and unused set with great DC Comics content. A set was also produced for Marvel Comics.
