As rare and desirable as the standard Rosenthal figurines are (see items #2050-2052), this particular piece is even rarer and considered one of the top items in the entire Rosenthal line. c. 1932. Mickey Mouse is depicted standing w/his feet crossed, a hand on his hip, the other held up to his face as if he is about to faint. While the standard size Rosenthal figures were used for trays such as this, in this example the figure is considerably smaller standing 1.75" tall on a 3.5" dia. base.
