Lot of eight tin litho sand pails, measuring between 2.5" to 6-1/8" tall. Lot includes four different pails by Chad Valley as well as two unmarked pails, most likely made in England. Remaining pails are Canadian and Japanese. 1930s-1950s. Themes include goldfish, fishing, beach (two different, one w/mermaid), boy w/wheelbarrow, funny animals (two different) and Dutch boy and girl. Varying degrees of wear, mostly confined to rims though one Chad Valley pail has some spider-webbing and is Fine. Rest are VF/Exc. Lot comes w/two tin litho shovels and one wooden handled tin litho shovel.
