Lot of four different tin litho watering cans measuring 6.25" to 8.75" tall. 1930-1960s. Lot also includes late 1960s Chein sand toy set which consists of tin litho sifter, shovel and two sand molds. Sifter has tin litho band w/alphabet/animals. Unused w/pieces still attached to sifter mesh. Scattered lt. wear w/trace of oxidation but o/w VF. Watering cans were produced by Chein, Ohio Art and US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Themes include three w/differing scenes of children gardening or playing in nature, three show watering cans. Another shows young children w/duckling and small turtle. Oval-shaped 1930 Chein watering can has oxidation along bottom and where spout connects. VG overall, but still displays nicely. Rest of cans have some scattered wear here and there and are VF-Exc. overall.
