Characters include Popeye, Olive Oyl, Wimpy and others. Fold lines shows some lt. wear and sheet is evenly but lightly aged. Reverse (instruction page) has detailed pencil notes on provided lines, but does not appear to be related to this contest, more related to several well-done ink sketches at right including several profile portraits and skull-faced ghoul. Additional pencil grid measurements appear as well. Image panels are bright and clean, w/no pieces punched out. VF overall. Scarce.
