Item Description
5.25" mechanical pencil by "Watermans." Lower half marked "Sterling" has black barrel with diamond and triangle pattern and cutout lettering with his full name and inauguration date. While in working condition, where the barrel meets the conical metal encasing the lead, there are two hairline splits in both the plastic barrel and silver overlay, one .5" and one 5/8" long. Considering the text area the "Top" of the pencil, both are on the underside and not seen from the "Top." There are also five tiny surface scratches scattered on the silver overlay but only 1/16" to 3/16" and barely noticeable. Scarce. VG. Jerry Bruno Collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
