Clarabell has balloon which blows up instead of moveable mouth. Mr. Bluster, Howdy, Princess Summerfall Winterspring, and Dilly Dally have moveable mouths. No Flub-A-Dub was in this set. All figures are NM/Mint as issued. Box is clean and tight w/window intact. Exc. Set is NM/Mint as issued.
