Item Description
Both are 5” tall c. 1940s. Lighter variety has matte finish w/“Welch Novelty Co. San Angelo, Texas” incised on tail. Underside of left front foot has “Tom 13” pencil text. Other one has enamel paint w/shiny finish and frowning lower lip. Scattered lt. wear and aging here and there. Overall VF/ Exc.
