Item Description
Both Proof and Uncirculated versions of the five-dollar gold coin were struck at the West Point Mint. The obverse, designed by Charles J. Madsen, depicts an American serviceman with rifle raised in victory. The reverse, by Edward Southword Fisher, features a "V for victory" in the center with Morse code for the letter superimposed. From the Robert M. Overstreet collection and comes with COA.
