This variety is the "PCBLIC" error note where on the reverse, the sixth line states "FOR ALL DEBTS PCBLIC AND PRIVATE" to be compared with the proper spelling on line eight "ON THE PUBLIC DEBT". Serial #M48302463. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
