Item Description
Each is 3.5" and each has the text of the "Optimist Creed." The first is earlier and from the 1930s. Curl names maker Parisian. Issuer is "Doughnut Machine Corporation". Mirror side has two small cloudy dots near the edge but nearly all the silvering is intact and the cello is NM displaying Mint. Second piece repeats this art but is a later issue with rim text "Compliments Of Doughnut Corporation Of America/Commemorating The Silver Jubilee, The 25th Annual October Donut Month Promotion 1929-1953." This one is also NM displaying Mint. If artwork was not created by Parrish himself, whomever did it closely followed his unique style.
