"Use Your Illusion I" debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard charts, selling 685,000 copies in its first week, behind the first week sales of "Use Your Illusion II" w/770,000 units sold. Each have been certified Seven-Times Platinum by the RIAA. The first album was nominated for a Grammy Award in 1992. Elaborate and very attractive design incorporates double silver record design w/large "Guns N Roses" logo on plexiglas. Bottom of display has three small replicas of each album, w/"1 Million, 2 Million" and "3 Million" engraved plaques underneath.
