Top portion of same side has return address with stamped prepaid postage addressed to Ralston Distributor "Granger & Co." reverse of card has order form with text including "please ship to use at once - no. of cases - Ralston Wheat Cereal - instant Ralston - Shredded Ralston - Ry-Krisp" with address area below. Center of card is scored for easy seperation. Card remains unbent and mint. First we've seen.
