Item Description
1.25" with W&H paper. Beneath Roman numerals for the year 1901 is young Indian girl standing on log inscribed "Minnie" to represent Minneapolis. Figure on the right rocky outcrop is inscribed with "Paul" as a young angelic figure with halo to represent St. Paul. Her other arm is on a gear to represent industry and his arm is around a calf to represent agriculture. Both raise their hands to hold a "Welcome" sign to the new century. Below text names issuer "Compliments Of North-Western Line." NM and displaying Mint.
