Item Description
15" tall hollow painted plaster. c. 1940. Nicely painted w/dark sparkle accents to bow tie, gloves and shoes. Two small air pockets, one on finger tip and one on lip and two small chips on back of base. Hat feather has .5" long flake off. Still displays nicely w/bright colors. VF. Scarce Disney carnival statue.
