Item consists of two thin layers of amber colored celluloid, the first piece about 2" long and applied over the second piece 3-5/8" long. This allows the top layer to slip over a book page. Tiny rivets hold a 7/8" tall silver luster and black enamel figure of Mickey in his early 1930s hands on hip pose. Unmarked but likely made in Great Britain. NM displaying Mint.
