Item Description
1". Nice close-up of Popeye with pipe. Not much luster but brass surfaces are clean. Enamel rim has 1/16" hairline under the last letter of "Popeye" and pinpoint dot off at end of "Club." Both are close to microscopic and rest of the enamel remains NM displaying Mint. Scarce.
