Item Description
Each flat tin ring is 2.5" long in a translucent original sealed bag 3-5/8" long as inserted in the cereal. The first is for "Blondie." This is from the 1949 series of give-aways. Along the top edge of the ring are five small tiny oxidation dots although these are more on the inner surface of the paper and not so much on the ring itself although upper and lower edges of the portrait do have slight fading. Next four are from 1948. First is Herby. Some tiny tan marks above and below the left hand prong but again more on the paper than the ring itself. However top edge of the oval around his image has a .5" narrow line of color fade. Next is for "Perry Winkle." Envelope has small crease on bottom left corner with a slight hairline tear at far end of the right prong. The ring itself appears close to Mint. Next is "Skeezix." Couple of tiny tan dots on top and bottom edges of the portrait but more on the paper than the tin. Exc. Last is "Smilin' Jack." Tiny tan marks at extreme left and right ends of the prongs but mostly on the paper although with a couple of tiny dots where the blue color is lighter in tone on the prong ends. VF. These are seldom found in their original packaging.
