Item Description
Each ring has narrow prongs below a rectangular top designed to replicate a television screen. First with red frame has flicker image of parrot flying with the name below "Poll-Parrot." NM displaying Mint. Second with same style frame has alternating images of Howdy Doody with the parrot seated on its perch. Upper edge of plastic insert is slightly raised up but just a hair above its upper border and it is still firmly glued into position as issued. Both rings display Mint.
