Silver luster ring has a single band but unattached under the ring top so it is expandable. Mounted to the top is the head of a genie wearing a turban. Center of the turban has a high glass or plastic dome while the interior has some light gold color on the background around a center circular black mark with the black extending off to the left side, as made.
