"Dispatch From Disney's" Vol. 1, No. 1, "Published For Employees In The Services By Employees At Walt Disney Productions." 32 pages. 1943. Contents include one-page introduction from Walt Disney, wartime related articles, pictures and artwork. Includes pair of fold-outs, one featuring the Gremlins. Front cover depicts Donald Duck hitting Hitler in the eye w/tomato while back cover has studio-designed insignias. Cover evenly aged w/some pinch creases to spine. Top of back cover has 2.25" impression line. Cover is VG/Fine w/Exc. contents. Complete w/10.5x15.5" insert sheet on textured paper titled "Pin-Ups For Servicemen From Walt Disney Staff." Pin-up images (some topless) includes art by Bill Justice and Fred Moore. Reverse includes list of Disney Studio employees in the armed forces w/three war-related cartoons. Lightly aged as folded but clean and VF.
