Box lid has a few minor scattered color rubs but box remains tight, clean and VF. 18x18" gameboard w/colorful cutaway view of the Hillbillies' mansion. Comes w/four sheets of "Ownership Cards" which have not been separated at perforations. Board and contents are NM.
