19" bag w/illustrated header card containing "Batman" style vinyl utility belt on cardboard backing. Super Hero Novelties, c. 1966. "Adjustable...Fits All Sizes." Unauthorized "Batman" merchandise w/modified batsymbols on belt and header card (see following item #2128). Header card shows some wear w/vertical crease. Fine. Belt remains factory-sealed and Mint as issued. Rare.
