Larger 3.75" tall version of the more common (yet still scarce) 2.25" tall celluloid figure atop 2.25" dia. celluloid base. Total height is 4.5" to top of Mickey Mouse's ears. Tiny partial "Made In England" text on the back of one foot in raised letters. Mickey holds celluloid tube under his arm, w/connected glass timer tube filled w/sand. Figure has paint wear to tip of one shoe and sliver of paint missing from one leg seam, as produced. Base has some melted plastic behind Mickey, but this is also as produced. Celluloid areas of Mickey that are white (face, gloves and pants buttons) show aging. Still displays VF. Rare, and the first example of this version we've offered in our 47 years.
