Hake #3070. 5x6.5x5.5" tall figural metal top hat torch on 24" pole. Designed to be carried in horizontal position. The normally gray tin surface has much off white coloration apparently from use and oil spillage. Also a minor amount of brown oxidation within the curved hat brim and showing very little.
