Item Description
This set contains the only two Beatles Soaky bottles ever made, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. Colgate-Palmolive Co. ©1965 Nems Ent. Ltd. Each die-cut cardboard display box has "Beatle-Beatle" name on art image of guitar (repeated on all four sides). Reverse side of each box also includes individual photo of each of four Beatles along w/facsimile signatures. Box sides are pushed in a bit and Ringo box has creasing at front bottom panel w/tape repairs to two 1-3/8" corner splits. Both boxes have slight fade. Overall, Paul box is Fine, Ringo box is VG w/grease pencil price written on top panel. Each figural 11 oz. container is 9.75" tall w/soft plastic bodies and hard plastic heads. Paul holds guitar and Ringo has a drum and rings on his fingers. Bodies have a few small paint rubs, mostly on hands, and Paul's face has spot spot of dark paint to top of nose. Fine/VF. Ringo has .5" crack at neck. VG/Fine. Wonderful likenesses.
