3x5' overall cotton w/fringe. Center has Trylon and Perisphere image w/1939 date removed and 1940 date neatly stitched in as issued by manufacturer. "New York World's Fair 1939 Inc. Official Flags And Banners" stitched cloth label at left edge. Flag has lt. aging but still clean and bright. Fine/VF. Possibly used at Fair headquarters or in a pavilion.
