30x40" poster features striking image of New York City in flames, foreground dominated by an image of a damaged Statue of Liberty as warplanes fly by. Art by Joseph Pennell w/"That Liberty Shall Not Perish From The Earth - Buy Liberty Bonds - Fourth Liberty Loan" text. Printed by Ketterlinus Phila. Imp. Poster has small "2-B" designation at lower left and has been folded. Margins and fold crease intersections show wear, w/small tears/chips along top and bottom margins and small tears/holes (some up to .75") at fold crease intersections. Just above right center there is a 10.25" ripple/fold as printed. VG overall, but would frame for a nice appearance.
