Item Description
Lot of six, ranging from 6x9" to 8.5x11". Earliest two are from 1918 and 1921 while others are from the 1930s and 1960s. All promote Hubley toy guns. Early catalogs feature all cast iron guns w/nickel finish, including 101 Ranch, Big 5, Savage, Bulldog and others. Some have had ink stamp trigger guards added to images by Hubley, indicating design change. 1921 catalog has some penciling on front and both are lightly aged. Fine/VF overall. 1936 catalog features cast iron cap guns, but features more variety, including Dandy, Flash, OK (Police Model) and more. Date inked at top of front cover, which has even lt. aging w/pinch creases to spine. VF. 1960, 1961 and 1965 catalogs feature much more variety w/all being die-cast w/some having plastic parts. Highlights include Rifleman rifle, Tommy Guns, Wyatt Earp, display racks, cards guns, Golden Agent spy guns and more. Varying degrees of handling wear w/1960 catalog having heavy and obvious wear/aging. Good/VG. 1961 catalog has 4x5.25 corner off back cover w/tape staining. VG. Other has pinch creases to spine and is Fine. Catalogs serve as great reference material for Hubley toy guns throughout the decades.
