4x10" yellow vinyl-covered folding cardboard pencil case by Standard Plastic Products Inc. ©1966 NPP Inc. Three panels open to reveal image of Batman from knees up, his head sticking out of top of case. Interior contains two clear vinyl pockets, one of which contains plastic bag w/generic unused pencil, eraser, ruler and pencil sharpener issued w/case. Snap clip on back. This same company also produced matching binder and wallet, this pencil case being much scarcer than those items. Unused, old store stock. NM and as nice as these come.
