Item numbers 989 through 2633 in auction 212
Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 8.5" long hard plastic replica w/pair of three-dimensional figures visible through the clear plastic windows (driver and passenger windows open as produced). Made in Argentina by Juguetes Carlos V. c. 1960s. This same company also produced a Batmobile (an image of which can be seen on side of box). Box features great U.N.C.L.E. specific art on top panel and text on flaps. Box has all flaps and lt. wear/aging w/two .75" punctures to top panel, though these are only noticeable upon close inspection. Fine. Car is 1950s style plastic body w/metal chassis and rubber tires. Friction works, but sticks a bit. Seven decals on car are near 100% complete w/a few tiny edge/corner chips. Decals read "El Agente De C.I.P.O.L." and "U.N.C.L.E." w/logos on hood and trunk. VF. Rare and only the second we've offered in our 47 years.
