Loosely based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's short story "The Adventure Of The Six Napoleons," the story features some additions, such as Evelyn Ankers as an accomplice of the villain, played by Miles Mander, and horror actor Rondo Hatton as "The Hoxton Creeper," a brutal killer.
