Small text at bottom reads "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1944 O-603532 - Distributed For The Issuing Agencies By O.W.I." Reverse has text about the artist in one panel and mailing address w/War Department return address. Folded as issued w/scattered moderate aging to back and wear along bottom margin. 4.5" tape repair to fold line on reverse. Fine overall, but would display nicely if framed.
