Reverse has instructions and small die-cut window where JSA members' names are visible and these are "Superman, Hawkman, Johnny Thunder, Sandman, Dr. Midnite, The Spectre, Starman, Dr. Fate, The Atom, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Batman." Couple of creases on backing disc edge. Tiny trace of oxidation on center rivet. Unused and VF. 2x2.5" nice quality embroidered fabric patch is one of two slightly different versions issued by DC Comics. This is the second version used beginning in 1945.
