Ideal made this larger size doll in two versions, this is composition version, while the other version had oilcloth head/arms. Both came in this same style dress which is rayon w/silk-screened images of the Dwarfs along w/their names, forest animals and cottage facade. Top is velvet as is cape. One-piece slip/pantie combination. Original outfit is very nice quality and complete including leatherette shoes. As made w/Snow White head and outfit on body marked "Shirley Temple 18." Face has detailed painted features, sleep eyes (w/moderate aging), open mouth (w/teeth) and doll has life-like hair. Body and face has lt. stabilized crazing. Shoes have some paper remnants from storage adhered to surface. Dress imprint remains strong. Fine/VF overall.
