Auction #212 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 988 in auction 212
Item Description
The rectangular mirrors are 3" tall and from the 1930s-1940s era. First is woman on phone, second is woman who has lost her brassiere to a parrot. Next is nude woman posing in hat with corsage with apparent jeweler name "Rudolph's" and small design of a diamond. Last of these is woman whose door has slammed shut catching her bathrobe and revealing her underwear. Last piece is a 2" mirror in a litho tin frame. In one position a dancing girl is shown next to a seated man in turban and then when the piece is moved quickly the top right half metal segment flips to the left creating a new scene with the woman's veil mostly removed and showing her with skimpy coverings over her most private parts while the seated man becomes quite joyous. Couple of pinpoints of silver off the mirror on this one. All are Exc. and display essentially Mint.
